Webex laptop setup

 

  1. Connect the power adapter to wall power and the laptop. The power adapter has a blue tip on the end of it.  The socket is in the top right when you’re looking at the screen.
  2. Jabra speakerphone
    1. Connect the Jabra to wall power and connect the USB cable to the computer.
    2. It should power on automatically, but if not, press and hold the power button for about 1 second to power it on.
  3. Dell webcam
    1. Attach the USB cable to the bottom of the camera, it needs to be pushed in all the way.
    2. There is a USB extension cable, use this to extend the cable all the way to the camera.
    3. Attach the stand to the bottom of the camera, it is magnetic.
    4. Extend the stand all the way and attach it to the top left corner of the TV.
  4. Power on laptop using the power button on the top left of the keyboard.
  5. HDMI
    1. Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI 3 input on the left side of the TV and the other end into the HDMI port on the laptop, located on the right side, near the power socket.
    2. Change the input on the TV to HDMI 3 by pressing the input button on the remote and selecting HDMI 3.
    3. It should connect automatically, but if it doesn’t, press the display button which is to the right of the ESC key on the keyboard.  A window will come up, select duplicate:

  1. When Windows comes up, press enter. The password is 0491.
