Webex laptop setup
- Connect the power adapter to wall power and the laptop. The power adapter has a blue tip on the end of it. The socket is in the top right when you’re looking at the screen.
- Jabra speakerphone
- Connect the Jabra to wall power and connect the USB cable to the computer.
- It should power on automatically, but if not, press and hold the power button for about 1 second to power it on.
- Dell webcam
- Attach the USB cable to the bottom of the camera, it needs to be pushed in all the way.
- There is a USB extension cable, use this to extend the cable all the way to the camera.
- Attach the stand to the bottom of the camera, it is magnetic.
- Extend the stand all the way and attach it to the top left corner of the TV.
- Power on laptop using the power button on the top left of the keyboard.
- HDMI
- Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI 3 input on the left side of the TV and the other end into the HDMI port on the laptop, located on the right side, near the power socket.
- Change the input on the TV to HDMI 3 by pressing the input button on the remote and selecting HDMI 3.
- It should connect automatically, but if it doesn’t, press the display button which is to the right of the ESC key on the keyboard. A window will come up, select duplicate:
- When Windows comes up, press enter. The password is 0491.
