Link to User's Website

When I click on the URL I posted in "user's profile" directly from the profile page, it take me to the correct web page but when I click on the link that shows at the bottom of my posts it pulls up a page that says "No Photos Found". I compared the URL's and it looks like the URL is getting a slash / added when it shows up on a post.  How can I fix that?  Thanks!
