Hooks airport is located in northwest Houston, and is home to many flight schools, and hosts lots of business jet traffic.
Hooks Airport was founded in 1963. Since then, Hooks Airport has grown to be one of the most respected names in Airport and FBO services, with more than 70 years of experience in developing, operating and maintaining first class facilities and providing first class services.
Publicly accessible areas that do not require any prior notification

Areas such as parking garages that require prior approval or
notification to airport security to spot.
Areas that to not require notification to spot, but are at your own
risk! You may be asked to leave by Airport security or by police.
Restricted area! Do not spot here, or you will be asked to
leave by airport security or police.
Food / Drink! Spotting sometimes requires a lot of time out in
the sun. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, and get food
when you need it.
Gas!
These orange lines indicate where the final approach path of a
runway intersect or pass near a spotting area.

Site 1: Aviators Grill
Aviator's is a diner style restaurant with an aviation theme, located at the north end of the airport, next to the main terminal.
To get to Aviators, take I-45 north to FM2920 west. Turn left on Stuebner Airline Road, and take the first right. The entrance to Aviators is on the right next to the main terminal.
There is also a grass area outside the main terminal where you can sit and watch planes, take photos, or just hang out!
No prior notification is required to spot in this area.
